EB-1 Visa

General Information

Aliens with extraordinary ability are those with "extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics which has been demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim and whose achievements have been recognized in the field through extensive documentation. " You must be one of "that small percentage who have risen to the very top of the field of endeavor," to be granted this classification.

EB-1 Visa - Eligibility Requirements

The individual must possess skills that are extraordinary within the field of sciences, arts, education, business, athletics, or within the field of motion picture or television industry. The individual must submit sufficient documentation to be able to support their extraordinary ability petition. The EB-1 petition may be filed without an approved labor certification.
